Production process
Raw material preparation:
Aluminum procurement: Select aluminum alloy profiles that meet national standards to ensure their strength and corrosion resistance.
Auxiliary material preparation: Including sealing strips, hardware accessories, glass, etc., need to be purchased in advance and quality inspected.
Warehousing management: Raw materials should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid moisture and deformation.
Aluminum cutting:
Cutting equipment debugging: Ensure the accuracy and stability of the cutting machine and perform regular maintenance.
Cutting process: According to the design drawings, the aluminum is accurately cut, and the cutting length and angle must be strictly controlled.
Cutting inspection: After cutting, each aluminum needs to be inspected for size to ensure that it meets the requirements.
Aluminum forming:
Stamping and bending: According to the design requirements, the aluminum is stamped and bent to form the required profiles.
Welding: For the parts that need to be welded, argon arc welding and other processes are used to ensure the strength and beauty of the welding.
Forming inspection: The aluminum material after forming needs to be inspected for appearance and size to ensure that there are no defects.
Surface treatment:
Cleaning: Clean the surface of the aluminum material to remove oil and impurities.

Installation process
Construction preparation:
Opening size: The opening should be built as required, the width and height of the door and window openings are allowed to have a deviation of ±10mm, and the diagonal difference is allowed to have a deviation of ≤10mm. If it exceeds the requirements, modifications should be made.
Three-line position determination: Before installing doors and windows, it is necessary to determine the three-line position of the customized aluminum alloy doors and windows to ensure that the doors and windows are aligned in the horizontal and vertical directions after installation, and the distance from the outer edge of the door and window openings is consistent after installation.
Aluminum alloy door and window acceptance: The acceptance content should include the processing accuracy of door and window frames and sashes; whether the profiles, glass, etc. are consistent with the contract agreement and the sealed samples, etc.
Installation of aluminum door and window frames:
The door and window frames are placed in the opening, and can be adjusted and temporarily fixed with wooden wedges, pads or other tools, but the profiles should not be deformed or damaged.
The door and window frames should be no more than 30mm away from the opening to ensure the quality of the foaming agent.
Adjust the aluminum door and window frames into place, and use fixing plates to connect the aluminum door and window frames and the openings respectively. The fixing plate materials and installation positions should meet the technical requirements of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
The connection between the fixing plate and the wall should be fixed on the concrete wall or the reserved concrete block. Metal expansion bolts, plastic expansion screws, special steel nails (cement nails), nails and other connection methods can be used.
After the fixation is completed, the upper and both sides of the aluminum alloy are filled with foaming agent. Use an appropriate glue gun to start from 200mm above the bottom edge of the aluminum window. The vertical direction should be evenly promoted from bottom to top. The foaming agent is indented about 15mm from the outside of the window frame to facilitate the cement mortar caulking, silicone grooves, and silicone in the later stage.
The lower frame of aluminum alloy doors and windows is sealed with 1:2 dry hard cement mortar.
Installation of fixed glass, door and window sashes and hardware accessories:
After the installation of doors and windows is completed and the exterior wall decoration and other projects are completed, the fixed glass, door and window sashes and corresponding hardware accessories can be installed.
During the installation process, attention should be paid to cleaning the garbage in the door and window frames.
When installing fixed glass, if the pressure line faces outward, sealant should be applied on the pressure line and then pressed in to fix it.
For the installation of door and window sashes, hinges or sliding supports should be used for fixing. When fixing with screws, glue must be applied on the screws before fixing to prevent water from seeping from the screw holes.
The installation of hardware accessories should be correct to ensure that they can be opened normally, and at the same time ensure water tightness and air tightness.
Protection of finished products:
Protective film is applied to the surface of profiles and hardware.
Protective film is applied to the inner and outer surfaces of the glass (the inner surface should be uniformly torn off and cleaned after painting, and a new protective film can be applied if necessary).
A wooden U-shaped protective shell is placed at the lower sill of the door and window frame.
