(1) Disassembly steps of aluminum alloy invisible screens: This type of screen is usually fixed by a built-in locking plate buckle. When disassembling, first pry it open from the middle of the bottom frame with a flat-blade screwdriver, find the track plug screws and loosen them with a cross screwdriver. Then, insert the flat-blade screwdriver into the track plug from the side, gently move it upward to the locking plate buckle, and then remove the left and right tracks. Loosen the screws of the screen box fixing frame with a cross screwdriver and then remove it.
After the screen is replaced and cleaned, the installation process is relatively simple: first tighten the left and right screws of the screen box to ensure that there is no gap between the air duct track and the screen box. Then tighten the track plug screws and fasten the bottom hook pad material to complete the installation.
Now, some new invisible screens are installed in a frame assembly manner, and only 4-6 screws need to be screwed on the left and right tracks of the entire frame to fix them. When disassembling, just loosen these screws and remove for cleaning. However, one disadvantage of this method is that the screws are exposed, which may affect the appearance.
(2) Disassembly method of aluminum alloy folding screen: This type of screen usually adopts the overall frame assembly method. When disassembling, you need to first loosen the screws at the corners or the four inner corners, and then use a cross screwdriver to disassemble it. However, it is difficult to replace the screen by yourself, and usually requires the original factory after-sales service.
(3) Disassembly skills of aluminum alloy frame diamond mesh screen: Whether it is an interior or exterior diamond mesh screen, it is usually installed by screw fastening technology. Most diamond mesh screens on the market have self-disassembly function, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
For the diamond mesh screen with exposed hinge style, after opening it to 70 degrees, push the hinge shaft up and then pull it out, and then remove the window sash for cleaning. The diamond mesh screen with hidden hinge has a disassembly switch at the bottom, and the window sash can be removed by pulling the switch. During installation, align the hinge axis hole, hold the screen sash up to the top, then aim at the lower hinge axis hole and pull up the disassembly switch to reset it, and finally open the screen sash and use it normally.
